The modified date of the channel indicates when anyone performed a modification action on the channel.
The list of modification actions for the channel is defined as follows.

Add or remove subscribers or admins.

Promote any contact as an admin.

Unsubscribed subscribers resubscribing to the channel.

New subscribers joining.

Manually enter new subscribers.

Import subscribers from a CSV file.

Import using SFTP

Edit channel general settings.

Update the channel's processing styles.
