[Managing Auto Translation](https://resources.regroup.com/regroupkb/regroup-add-ons#managing-auto-translation) # Activate or Disable the Auto Translation Add-On You must contact Regroup to enable the Auto Translation add-on. After enabling the add-on, you must activate the add-on on the **Active Add-Ons** page to start using the feature across your organization. You can also disable this add-on on the Active Add-Ons page. **Note**: You must turn on the Auto Translation add-on to enable your contacts to select their preferred language on the signup page or in their contact profile. When contacts choose their preferred language, they receive messages in the chosen language. Here is how you activate or disable the add-on: 1. Click the **Organization Settings** icon on the top right corner. The following image shows the organization settings icon: The organization settings page opens. 2. Click the **Add-ons** tab on the left navigation panel. Locate the **Auto Translation** add-on by scrolling or searching. 4. Click **Option** under the Auto Translation add-on. Click **Enable Auto Translation** check box to activate the Auto Translation add-on. See the following image: ![](https://resources.regroup.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/4-4.png?width=650&name=4-4.png) **Note**: If you uncheck the **Enable Auto Translation** checkbox, you must contact Regroup to re-activate the add-on again. To temporarily activate or deactivate the auto-translation of messages, uncheck the **Post Translation** check-box. 6. Click **Save**. The system translates the message you entered in English into the contact's preferred language while it’s delivered. Your contacts can now select their preferred language on the signup page or in their contact profile.
