Click the **Channels** tab. See the following image: **My Channels** page opens. 2. Click the lens icon to search and locate the channel to add recipients.The organization admins can add recipients to the channels in the **All Channels** tab. 3. Click the channel name to open it. See the following image: The **General Setting** page opens. 4. Click the **Recipients** tab on the left navigation panel. See the following image: 5. To add groups as recipients: 1. Click **Add a Group** dropdown. See the following image: 1. 1. Enter the required group name in the **Search for group** field and select them from the dropdown. 2. You can click **Select All** to select all the groups and **Select None** to deselect all. See the following image. 2. **To add individuals as recipients**, 1. 1. Click the **Add an individual** dropdown. See the following image: 1. 1. Enter the name or email address to search and add the individuals. 2. Click the name to add the contact. You can click **Preview all recipient**s to view the contacts selected. See the following image: 4. Click **Save**.
