# View and Download the Audit and Activity Log

The Audit & Activity Log enables organization admins to view and export all activities or events in the organization.  You can export the logs into a CSV. The Audit & Activity Log contains:

- The description of the activity
- Name of admin who performed it
- Date and time of the activity

Audit & Activity Log is located under the **Reports** section of the **Organization Settings** and has the following two tabs. You can search and navigate to the required steps for tasks in a specific tab:<https://jesna.regroup.pro/orgs/jesna/reports/audit#activities>

- **Audit Trail Report** lists all the events or activities in your organization. You can filter the logs by date or category. Category is the specific area where the task is performed. Available categories such as User Profile, Group, Channel, Organization, and Templates can be further filtered by a specific group, channel, or template’s name. Complying with the user privacy and data protection laws, the report also logs when an admin or contact activates or deactivates the Regroup Mobile location services. (step 3)
- **Admin Activity Log** lists the events or activities of all admins in your organization. You can search for any admin by name or email to get logs of their activity with a description and time stamp. You can also sort and filter the logs by date. (step 4)

Here is how you view and download the Audit Trail Report and Admin Activity Log:

1. Click the **Organization Settings** icon on the top right corner. See the following image:
   
   The Organization Settings page appears.
2. Click **Audit & Activity Log** under the **Reports** section on the left navigation panel. See the following image:

   The Audit & Activity Log has the following two tabs. Click the required tab to view and download the logs:
   
     - **Audit Trail Report**: lists all the events or actions in your organization, including mobile location service activation and deactivation.
     - **Admin Activity Log**: lists the events or activities of all admins in your organization. You can search for any admin by name or email to view all their activities.
3. To view and download all the events or actions in your organization, including mobile location service activation and deactivation for contacts and admins:
   
     1. Navigate to **Audit Trail Report** (opens by default). Else, click Audit Trail Report. See the following image:

     2. To filter the logs to view activities in a specific area or category, click the **Category** field and select one of the following:
        
            - User Profile
            - Group
            - Channel
            - Organization
            - Templates

     3. You can click **Apply** if you don't want to filter further down.
     4. Click the **After** and **Before** fields to filter the logs by a date range. See the following image:

     5. You can click the **Search** field to filter the logs further by activities related to a specific asset in a category.
        
        For example, if you select the category Channel, you can search for a channel's name to get a list of all activity in that channel. You can search for a specific user account if it's the User Profile.

        **Tip**: For the category Organization, a sub-category search is not available.
     6. You can click **Apply** to get the filtered logs. See the following image:

     7. You can click **Clear** to reset the filters. See the following image:

     8. Click **Export All** to download the Audit Trail Report into a CSV file. See the following image:

        The logs of activities in your organization get listed in the CSV.
4. To view, filter, and download the activities performed by specific admins:
   
     1. Click the **Admin Activity Log** tab. See the following image:

     2. In the **Search** bar, enter the name or email ID of the admin whose activity logs you want to download. See the following image:

     3. Click the **After** and **Before** fields to filter the logs by a date range. See the following image:

     4. You can click **Clear** to clear all filters.
     5. Click **Apply** to get the filtered logs. See the following image:

        The logs of activities done by the admin get listed.
