Create and Manage Sender Profiles: Overview

You create sender profiles to pre-configure the sender details and the appearance of a message to contacts. While sending new messages, admins can use predefined sender profiles with prefixed values and styles. Sender Profile enables your organization to access standardized messages for each requirement quickly.

Organization admins can select a mandate sender profile to allow all admins to send messages only using the mandate sender profile. For a mandate sender profile, see the topic: Set up Mandate Sender Profile.
