Create Channels: Overview

The organization admin can create channels based on their communication requirements. You use channels to communicate with your contacts. The channel messages can have groups and contacts as recipients. You can create channels in the Channels tab. 

Regroup supports creating channels as follows:  

• Create channels manually 

• Create channels using import

  • SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) import

  • Web import using  CSV (Comma Separated Values) file
