# Create Sender Profiles at the Organization Level

Create sender profiles to pre-configure the sender details and the appearance of messages for contacts. While sending a new message, admins can use predefined sender profiles with pre-fixed values and styles. 

Admins can reach the **New Sender Profile** page while sending messages, configuring the channel or setting up the organization.

You can also select a mandate sender profile to enable all admins to send messages only using the mandate sender profile. To set a mandate sender profile, see the topic: [Set up Mandate Sender Profile](https://docs.regroup.com/docs/set-up-mandate-sender-profile-at-the-organization-level/).

Here is how you create a new sender profile from the organization settings section:

1. Click the **Organization Settings** icon on the top right corner. See the following image:

   The Organization Settings page opens.
2. Click the **Message Defaults** tab on the left navigation panel. See the following image:

   The Message Settings page appears.
3. Scroll down to the sender profile section and click the **New Sender Profile** button. See the following image:

   The New Sender Profile page opens.
4. You can create a new sender profile by clicking the **New Sender Profile** button. The **New Sender Profile** page opens. Follow step 3 onwards in the topic [Create Sender Profiles](https://docs.regroup.com/docs/create-sender-profiles/) to create a new sender profile.
