# Attributes Available in Delivery Status Report
The report summarises the statuses of each delivery method and recipient. You can download the report with or without custom attributes.

The following are the fields available as column headers for the delivery status report CSV:
| **Column Title** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **First Name** | The first name of the recipient. |
| **Last Name** | The last name of the recipient. |
| **Database ID** | The database ID of the recipient. |
| **Username** | The username of the recipient. |
| **Delivery Method** | Delivery methods used for messaging. Methods such as email, call, SMS, and Regroup mobile are listed in separate rows. |
| **Sent To** | The email ID or phone number used to deliver the email or SMS/call, respectively. The column is blank for the delivery method Regroup Mobile. If multiple email IDs or phone numbers are used, each appears in separate rows. |
| **Sent At** | The date and time when the message is sent. |
| **Status** | The message delivery status. |
| **Delivered At** | Date and time, along with the organization’s timezone, when the message is delivered to the recipient. |
| **Call Duration (In seconds)** | Total duration of the voice/TTS call in seconds. |
| **SMS Status Code** | Status code of the SMS delivery. Available only when applicable. |
| **SMS Failed Reason** | Reason for the success or failure of SMS delivery. Available only when applicable. |
| **Replied** | Yes or No status indicating if the recipient has replied to the message. |
| **Replied At** | The date and time when the recipient sent the reply. |
| **Language** | The recipient’s preferred languages into which the message is translated. This column is available only for auto-translated Emails, TTS, or SMS. |
| **Acknowledged** | Yes or No status indicating if the recipient has acknowledged receiving the message. Available only when the **Request Acknowledgment** feature is enabled for the message. |
| **Acknowledged At** | Date and time when the recipient acknowledged receiving the message. Available only when the **Request Acknowledgment** option is enabled for the message. |
| **Custom Attribute** | Your organization’s custom attributes applicable to the recipients appear in the last columns. Available only if you have chosen to download the report with custom attributes. |
