# Download a Sample CSV for Group Import
### **Overview**
You can create multiple groups at once by importing a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file via SFTP. This guide explains how to download a sample CSV file to help you get started.

### **To Download a Sample CSV**
1. Navigate to the **Recipients** tab to access the **My Groups** page.
2. Select the **All Groups** tab.
3. Click the **"Create Groups"** dropdown in the top-right corner.
4. Choose **Import CSV File** to open the **Create Groups by Importing a CSV File** page.
5. Click the **Download an example CSV** button to download the sample CSV file to your system.
