Download a Sample CSV for Group Import

Overview

You can create multiple groups at once by importing a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file via SFTP. This guide explains how to download a sample CSV file to help you get started.

To Download a Sample CSV

  1. Navigate to the Recipients tab to access the My Groups page.

  2. Select the All Groups tab.

  3. Click the "Create Groups" dropdown in the top-right corner.

  4. Choose Import CSV File to open the Create Groups by Importing a CSV File page.

  5. Click the Download an example CSV button to download the sample CSV file to your system.
