# Export all Groups
### Overview
Use the **Export All Groups** feature to download a list of all groups and their details into a CSV file. Group admins can export only the groups they manage, while organization admins can export every group in the organization. This is useful for reporting, auditing, or maintaining records of group data.

### Steps to Export All Groups
1. Go to the **Recipients** tab.
The **My Groups** page appears.
2. If you are an organization admin, click the **All Groups** tab to view all groups in your organization.
- Group admins can export groups only from the **My Groups** tab.
3. Click **Export All**.
The export settings window opens.
4. Select the attributes you want to include in the export file.
- - Use **Select All** or **Select None** to quickly select or deselect all attributes.
- Scroll down using the bar to view and select additional attributes.
- You must select at least one attribute.
1. (Optional) To include the date and time of the last message sent to each group, select **Last Message Sent At**.
2. Click **Export**.
3. When prompted, click **Save** to download the CSV file and save it to your system with your preferred file name.
