[Incident Management](https://resources.regroup.com/regroupkb/incident-management) # Incident Management #### Overview Incident Management is an add-on feature that provides a dedicated product environment for coordinating critical communications during emergencies or planned events. Once enabled, Incident Communication appears under Switch Products in the profile menu.This environment is specifically designed for handling incident-related communication workflows separately from regular notifications. To enable Incident Management add-on, contact your **Regroup Customer Success Manager**. Key capabilities include: - **Incident Management Dashboard**: A centralized hub displaying all active, closed, and scheduled incidents alongside saved templates. See the [Incident Management Dashboard](https://docs.regroup.com/docs/incident-management-dashboard/) topic for additional information. - **Incident Templates**: Standardized templates for Initial, Update, and Close incident communication stages. Each template can include predefined message titles, content, recipient lists, and delivery methods, allowing incident managers and operators to quickly launch or update incidents without starting from scratch. Recurring schedules are also supported for planned or periodic events. See the [Incident Message Report](https://docs.regroup.com/docs/incident-message-report/) topic for additional information. ### Access Incident Management The Incident Management add-on must be enabled for your organization to access it. Once enabled, the **Incident Communication** will be available under **Switch Product** in the profile menu. To access Incident Management: 1. Log in to your Regroup organization. 2.
