# Manage Contact’s Access to Group Files
You can enable the contacts to view and download the group files. You can also hide the files when required.
Here is how you allow contacts to see the files:
1. Click the **Recipients tab**. See the following image:
The My Groups page appears.
2. Locate the group to update file access in the **My Groups** tab.Organization admins can update file access on the **All Groups** tab.
3. Click the group name to open it. See the following image:
The Group Settings page opens.
4. Click **Group Files** tab on the left navigation panel. See the following image:
The Group Files page opens with all the uploaded files.
5. Click the vertical ellipsis corresponding to the file you want to update access. See the following image:
6. Click **Show to Contacts**. You get a confirmation message confirming the update.
7. To hide a file that is already visible to contacts, you can click **Hide from Contacts**. See the following image:
