# Manage Group Admin Profile
You can view, update and delete the admin profiles in each group. When you navigate to an admin profile and click edit profile, you’re directed to edit the profile in the organization settings.
To update the personal information, roles, groups, and channels assigned to the admin and link contact records, refer to the topic: [Update an admin Profile](https://docs.regroup.com/docs/view-and-update-an-admin-profile/).
Here is how you update a group admin profile:
1. Click the **Recipients tab**. See the following image:
The My Groups page appears.
2. Search and locate the group to add the contacts in the **My Groups** tab.
Organization admins can add contacts to the groups on the **All Groups** tab.
3. Click the group name and open it. Otherwise, click **Edit Group** from the vertical ellipsis.

The **Group Settings** page opens.
4. Click **Admins** under the **Group Members** section on the left navigation panel. See the following image:
5. Search and locate the admin profile to edit. You can search using the name, mail ID or any custom attribute.
6. Click the admin's name to open the profile or click **Edit Admin** on the vertical ellipsis on the right side of the contact list.

The View Profile page opens.
7. Click **Edit Profile**.

8. You can click **Delete User** to delete an admin profile.
9. You can click **Deactivate** to deactivate the account for a while. You can also activate a deactivated account here.
10. You can click **Reset Password** to ask the admin to change the password. This sends an email to the admin email address with a reset password option.
