Manage Subscribers: Overview

The Manage Subscribers section provides tools to view and manage subscribers within a channel. From this area, admins can maintain accurate subscriber lists, update subscriber details, and control access to channel communications. This page introduces the core subscriber management tasks available for channels.

Available Subscriber Management Tasks

From the Subscribers section of a channel, you can:

• Channel and Group Member Management via CSV Import  to add multiple subscribers at once

• Manage Channel Subscribers (Modify, Remove, or Promote) to manage roles and access

• Move subscribers between channels to keep memberships up to date

• Approve pending subscribers before granting access to a channel
