Manage Web Polling: Overview
Web polling, a premium add-on from Regroup, enables you to send survey-like questions to recipients and receive their responses. You can customize the question types, the appearance of questions, and response methods.
You send web polls to groups and channels as ad hoc and channel messages. Recipients receive a short link containing the questions, answering choices, and the message. They can click the link to open the web poll in a web browser and start selecting or entering their answers. The save button allows them to pause the survey to re-open and complete it later. The Web Poll Report diagrammatically displays questions and responses per recipient. Questions are listed in separate tabs, each containing a pie chart with the response percentage, question type, and all responses.
