# Modify, Delete, Download or Share Voice Recordings
Here is how you modify, delete, download or share voice recordings:
1. Click the **Channels** dropdown.
2. Click **Voice Recordings** from the dropdown. See the following image:
You can also click the **Channels** tab, then click **Voice Recording** under the **Templates** section on the left navigation panel.
The Voice Recordings page opens with a list of all the available recordings. You can click the title of the table to sort the items.
3. Click the vertical ellipsis corresponding to the recording you want to modify, delete or download. See the following image:
4. Click **Edit** to edit the recording’s title.
5. Click **Download** to download the recording.
6. Click **Delete** and confirm to delete the recording.
7. To share the recording:
1. Click the **Share** option from the vertical ellipsis corresponding to the selected recording. See the image:
2. Click one of the following radio buttons to determine who can access, modify or delete the voice clip:
- **Only Creator**: Only the creator of this message can access this template.
- **All admins:** Share with all the admins in your organization. You can also select their permissions.
- Select **Groups or Channels or Individual Admins**: Share with the admins or teams of your choice.
3. You can share multiple files by selecting them and clicking S**hare Selected**. See the following image:
**Note**: You can only share items for which you have sharing permissions. Multiple sharing will overwrite the existing sharing settings of the selected files.
4. In the confirmation box that pops up, type **Yes** to confirm the sharing.
5. Click **Ok**.
A message confirms the sharing of selected files.
