Manage Channel Subscribers (Modify, Remove, or Promote)
Overview
Channel subscriber management allows administrators to maintain accurate subscriber records and control access levels within a channel. From the channel settings, you can update subscriber profile details, remove subscribers from a channel, or promote subscribers to administrative roles with defined permissions.
Access Subscriber Management
Modify a Subscriber Profile

Navigate to the Channels tab

Locate and open the channel you want to manage.

Channel admins can manage their own channels.

Organization admins can manage all channels.

Navigate to Subscribers.
-
Locate the subscriber.
-
Select the vertical ellipsis next to the subscriber.

Select Edit Contact.

Update the subscriber information.

Remove a Subscriber

Locate the subscriber.

Select the vertical ellipsis.
-
Select Remove.
-
Confirm the action.
The subscriber is removed from the channel.
Promote a Subscriber to Admin

Locate the subscriber.

Select the vertical ellipsis.

Select Promote to Admin.

Optional: Enable Send new admins an invitation to signup.

When enabled, the subscriber must accept the invitation before gaining admin access.

When disabled, the subscriber is promoted immediately.

Enter an invitation message.
-
Select a Role Type:
-
Channel
-
Groups
-
IPAWS
-
Organization
-

Select one or more roles.
To create roles with specific permissions, see Create New Role with Custom Permission -
Assign channels or groups when applicable.

Select Send.
The subscriber is added as an admin. Invitation-based promotions take effect after acceptance.
Notes

Admins are promoted immediately by default.

Invitation-based promotions require user acceptance.
