Monitoring IPAWS Sent Alert Status

Overview

The Sent Alerts view allows you to monitor the status, delivery details, and reporting information for IPAWS alerts. When an alert is sent using Regroup delivery methods, the IPAWS alert and the Regroup message are linked for unified tracking and reporting.

Step 1: Navigate to the IPAWS Tab.

  1. Click the IPAWS tab.

Step 2: Open Sent Alerts

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Sent Alerts.

Step 3: Check Alert Status

  1. Locate the alert you would like to monitor 

  2. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) next to the alert.

  3. Select View Alert Status from the dropdown.

Step 4: Review the Alert Status

  1. The Alert Status page will display a summary of the alert along with its overall status. 

  2. The Alert ID is shown in the top-right corner.

  1. Scroll down to the Status section to view the alert status for each channel.
