Move Subscribers Between Channels

Overview

The Move Subscribers feature lets you transfer subscribers from one channel to another. When you move a subscriber, the system removes them from the current channel and adds them to the selected channel. This action helps keep channel memberships accurate and up to date.

If a subscriber needs to belong to multiple channels, do not use the move option. Instead, open the subscriber’s profile and add them to additional channels. For more information, see Update Contact Profile.

Move Subscribers to Another Channel

1. Open the Channels tab.

2. Locate the channel that currently contains the subscribers you want to move.
   Organization admins can manage all channels from the All Channels tab.

3. Select the channel name to open it.

4. In the left navigation panel, scroll to Subscribers and select Subscribers.

5. On the Subscribers page, select the checkbox next to each subscriber you want to move.

6. Select Move.

7. In the Select Channel dropdown, choose the destination channel.

8. Select Move to confirm.

The selected subscribers are removed from the original channel and added to the destination channel.
