# Overview of Contact Management

The organization admin can configure the Single Sign-On (SSO), custom attributes, SFTP Imports and processing styles in the Contact Management segment. You can also access the Import logs here.

You can configure and manage the following sections per your requirements:

- **General**: Determine if the contact’s communication details should be excluded from the contact import report.
- **[SFTP Imports](https://docs.regroup.com/docs/overview-to-configure-sftp-secure-file-transfer-protocol-imports/)**: Use Regroup’s SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) file servers to import the contacts, groups and channels using the CSV (comma-separated values) files.
- **[Import Log](https://docs.regroup.com/docs/access-contact-import-log/)**: Export the import logs containing details of the SFTP, API, LDAP sync or web import in the Import Log tab.
- **[Processing Styles](https://docs.regroup.com/docs/understanding-processing-styles/)**: Configure the processing style to determine how the system processes the SFTP, CSV or API import data.

You can also configure the following add-on features in the Contact Management section:

- **[SSO](https://docs.regroup.com/docs/set-up-sso-single-sign-on/)**: Enable the SSO add-on to integrate Regroup with your organization's Single Sign-On system for authentication purposes. You can configure CAS, SAMl and LDAP SSO.
- **[Custom Attributes](https://docs.regroup.com/docs/overview-of-custom-attributes-add-on-for-contacts/)**: Use custom attributes to define the information on the Contact Profile page through web sign-ups and imports.
- **LDAP Sync**: Use LDAP to integrate with your Active Directory to import AD Groups into Regroup. You can map LDAP groups to new or existing Regroup Groups.
- **[Blackbaud](https://docs.regroup.com/docs/blackbaud-integration-overview/)**: Use Blackboard integration to communicate with your Blackbaud members through Regroup. You can import Blackbaud roles as groups in Regroup.
