Reports: Overview

Regroup provides message reports in two different ways.

  • Organization-Level Sent Message Reports: At the organization level, we provide a Usage Report that contains a bar chart with the total number of messages per delivery method. You can generate, view, and download usage reports for weekly, monthly, yearly, or a custom date range. You can also navigate to the individual message report from the organization's Usage Report.     From the Organization Setting, you can also access the Sent Message Report of individual messages. See the topics Manage Sent Message Reports.

  • Summary Report per Sent Message: You can view and download a comprehensive report with a list of recipients and message delivery status for each text, voice call, and email you send. You can also find the analytics for each email that summarises the delivery status and the interaction of emails per device.
