Send Messages to Microsoft Teams Using Regroup

Overview

You can send messages to Microsoft Teams by integrating a Teams webhook with a Regroup channel. Once set up, simply select Teams as the delivery method when sending messages through Regroup.

Send a Message to Microsoft Teams

  1. Click New Message.

  2. In the Message Type field, select Message to Channel.

    • You can also select this option from the New Message dropdown.

  3. Select the channel that’s integrated with Microsoft Teams.

  4. In the Delivery Method section, select Teams.

  5. Enter the sender profile and message content.

Optional actions:

  • Save message body as a template to reuse the content later.

  • Save as Quick Message to reuse the message and recipients.

  • Schedule for later if you want to send the message at a future time.

  • Preview the message before sending.

After Sending

Open your Microsoft Teams channel to view the delivered message.
