Configure a Mandated Sender Profile at the Organization Level

Overview

A mandated sender profile ensures that all messages sent by administrators use the same, predefined sender profile. This feature helps maintain consistency and control over outgoing communications. When a mandated sender profile is enabled, it overrides all preselected profiles, and message senders cannot change or update the sender profile while composing new messages.

Configuration

1. Open Organization Settings from the top-right corner of the dashboard.

2. In the left navigation panel, select Message Settings.

3. Scroll down to the Sender Profile section.

   1. From the dropdown list, select the sender profile you want to mandate
      
      
      

4. Select the

   Mandate Sender Profile Checkbox to activate it.

   

5. Confirm your selection in the pop-up window.

   

6. Click

   Save to apply the changes.

   

Note:
Once saved, this profile becomes the default for all new messages. Senders will not be able to modify the sender profile when sending messages or creating quick messages.
