Set Up Mobile App

You can configure the mobile app’s appearance and logo in the Mobile app tab.

To enable users to sign up to your organization using the mobile app, use the registration code for the channel to which the system should add the users. You can find the channel Registration Code in its Subscription tab. See the topic Configure Web Sign Up.

Here is how you configure the mobile app’s appearance:

  1. Click the Organization Settings icon in the top right corner. See the following image:

    The Organization Settings page opens with the General tab.

  2. Click the Mobile App tab. See the following image:

  3. Deselect Use the default Regroup logo checkbox to change the current logo.

    Tip: Enabled by default, this uses Regroup’s logo as the application's logo.

  4. Click the Choose File button to upload your logo.

    Tip: You can click the Use the default Regroup logo checkbox to use the default logo.

  5. Click the color picker box highlighted in the following image and select a color.

    Each color picker box updates the custom color of the following elements:

    • Primary Navigation Bar: Color of the top navigation panel.

    • Accent Color: Font color of labels, buttons, links and highlights across the application.

  6. You can click and enable the Default checkboxes to revert your changes and use the default color settings. See the following image:

  7. To enable users to sign up to your organization using the mobile app, use the registration code of the channel for which the system should add the users. You can find the channel Registration Code here: Channels tab> locate and open the required channel> Subscription> Web Signup. See the topic Configure Web Sign Up.

  8. Click Save Settings to save your updates.
