# View Incident Details

### View Active Incident Details

Follow the steps to view details for an active incident:

1. In the header menu, click the **Incidents** dropdown, then select **Active Incidents**.

   or
   
   In the header menu, Click the **Incidents** label to navigate to **Incidents** page, then click an active incident from the left navigation pane.

   The following details for the selected active incident display:
   
     - **Incident Name**: Title of the active incident.
     - **Incident ID**: System-generated identifier for reference.
     - **Phase**: System-generated identifier for reference.
     - **Severity**: Indicates the current stage of the incident (e.g., *Initial*, *Update*, or *Close*).
     - **Opened**: Name of the user who created the incident and the exact date and time it was initiated.
     - **Last Updated**: Shows the most recent date and time any change was made to the incident record.
     - **Open Duration**: Total duration for which the incident has been active.

### View Closed Incident Details

Follow the steps to view details for an active incident:

1. In the header menu, click **Incidents** dropdown and select **All Incidents**.

   or
   
   In the header menu, Click the **Incidents** label to navigate to **Incidents** page, then click **All Incidents** from the left navigation pane.
2. On the **All Incidents** page, click the name of an incident with a **Closed** status.
   
   The following details for the closed incident display.
   
     - **Incident Name**: Title of the closed incident.
     - **ID**: System-generated identifier for reference.
     - **Severity**: Impact level of the incident, for example Critical, High, Medium, or Low.
     - **Opened By**: Name of the user who initiated the incident.
     - **Opened**: Date and time when incident was initiated.
     - **Last Updated**: Date and time of the most recent update made to the incident.
     - **Closed**: Date and time when incident was closed.
     - **Closed By**: Name of the user who closed the incident.
     - **Duration**: Total time between the opening and closure of the incident.

### View Scheduled Incident Details

Follow the steps to view details for an scheduled incident:

1. In the header menu, click **Incidents**.
   
   The **Incidents** page displays.
2. In the left navigation pane, under **All Incidents**, click **Scheduled Incidents**.

The Scheduled incidents list displays the following details for each incident:

- **Incident Name**: Title of the scheduled incident.
- **Post Methods**: Displays icons representing the delivery methods selected for the incident, such as Email, SMS, Voice, etc.
- **Scheduled For**: Date and time when the incident is configured to be automatically launched.
- **Frequency**: Indicates whether the incident is a one-time or recurring event.
