You can access these reports from the **Sent Messages** to review the message details page after sending a web poll. Reports include details about message delivery, poll responses, and recipient activity. --- #### **Accessing Web Poll Reports** 1. Navigate to the **Messages** tab in the left navigation panel. 2. Click the title of the desired web poll message to open its reports. ![231007](https://resources.regroup.com/hs-fs/hubfs/231007.png?width=670&height=302&name=231007.png) The **Web Poll Reports** page displays each question with its responses. Each question tab includes the question text, answer type, and a pie chart summarizing responses. --- #### **View Report Details** When you open a web poll message from the **Sent Messages** page, you can view three report tabs: - **Message Details**: Shows the message content, sender, and recipient details. ![231008](https://resources.regroup.com/hs-fs/hubfs/231008.png?width=670&height=316&name=231008.png) --- **Reports**: Displays delivery statuses by recipient, delivery summaries by method, and email analytics.
