Voice Polling: Overview

You can use voice polling to send voice messages to recipients to poll their responses. Voice Polling uses Call (TTS/Voice) to convert your text message into a voice clip. Recipients can respond to your questions by recording their voice or pressing keys for designated answers.

If a recipient cannot respond to the voice poll on the first attempt, they can call back later, authenticate using a unique pin or phone number, and listen to the last voice poll.

Note: Voice Polling is a premium add-on. Contact Regroup to enable it.

Voice Poll Management and Reporting

Here are the different procedures associated with Voice Poll:

Note: You must contact Regroup to enable voice call retries. When you send Voice Polls or messages with Call (TTS/Voice) as a delivery method, recipients can answer or receive the call in their voicemail. If their phone is busy or out of coverage, the system retries calling them again only if you enable this functionality.
