What is the character limit for the Database ID?

The definition of the Database ID is your Database System's ID # for a contact or admin's record.

If a contact's last name changes, their email or user name may change. Hence, using the Database ID, you can keep a user record intact.

When creating a user, the unique identifier for our system is the Primary Email and Database ID. You can use User Name if you have requested it.

Note: When you add members using the Database ID, our system saves these records by adding your Organization Coded Name as the prefix. The combination of these must not exceed 50 characters. On the application, the Database ID appears as you entered it.
