Create Groups

The organization admin can create groups based on the organization’s structure or communication requirements. A group contains users from your organization, organized by departments, teams, locations or other ways. Using Group Nesting, you can place groups hierarchically under other groups to send messages or apply the same settings to all of them. While creating groups, you can select a Group Type to determine whether the system should receive and store the replies sent by the group contacts.
