Disable Receiving Group Recipient's Replies

You can set up a group’s Group Type as Announcements Only to prevent the system from receiving the replies sent by that group’s recipients. You must enable the feature 'Enable "Announcements Only vs Open Discussion" at the group level' from the Advanced tab of the Organization Settings. See the topic, Advanced Organization Settings, until step 3 to enable the feature.
When enabled, all your groups will have a new section called Group Type, where you can choose whether a group is for Announcements Only or Open Discussion. By default, all groups are set for Open Discussion, allowing the system to receive replies to messages sent to that group. You can set the Group Type to Announcements only, not to receive and display replies from that group’s recipients.
