Groups Overview

A group is your organization’s logical or locational set of people (contacts). You create groups categorizing contacts based on company, departments, teams, roles, locations, external contractors, or any other organization requirement. You can also use group nesting to create and arrange groups according to your organization’s logical and locational hierarchy. While creating groups, you can select a Group Type to determine whether the system should receive and store the replies sent by the group contacts.
