Notifications

The Notifications section provides a history of threat alerts that have been sent to Regroup Mass Notification channels. Notifications are displayed with the most recently sent alerts first, allowing you to review what was sent, which notification configuration or trigger was used, the destination MNS channel, and when the alert was sent. 

This page includes alerts sent automatically through configured triggers as well as alerts that were sent manually from TIP. 

Access Notifications

1. From the left navigation pane, click Notifications.

The page lists alerts that have been sent to Regroup channels, with the most recent notification displayed first. The Notifications list displays the following information:

• Alert: Displays the title of the alert that was sent. The alert title is selectable, allowing you to view additional details about the alert. 
• Notification: Displays the notification configuration or trigger associated with the sent alert. For alerts sent directly by a user rather than through a configured trigger, this column can display "Manual". 
• MNS Channel: Displays the Regroup Mass Notification channel to which the alert was sent. 
• Sent: Displays the date and time when the alert notification was sent. 
• Sent By: Identifies who sent the notification. For example, "System" can indicate a notification sent automatically through a configured trigger, while a user's name can be displayed for a manually sent notification.
