View Alert Details

You can open an alert from an Alert Channel to view more information about the selected alert. The alert details provide more context about the threat, including its description, source information, risk assessment, category, and subcategory.

To view an alert details:

1. Open the dashboard workspace.
2. In the Dashboard Workspace, locate the Alert Channel containing the alert you want to review. 
3. Click the alert. 
   The Alert Details dialog is displayed.
4. Review the available alert information, which can include: 
   1. Date and Time: Indicates when the alert was published or received. 
   2. Alert Title: Displays the title or summary of the event. 
   3. Description: Provides additional information about the alert. 
   4. Source URL: When available, provides a link to the original source where you can review additional information. Click the link to open the original source and review further information about the alert 
   5. Risk Score: Indicates the risk level assigned to the alert. 
   6. Category: Indicates the category assigned to the alert. 
   7. Subcategory: Indicates the subcategory assigned to the alert.
